MY GREAT PASSION FOR WELL OVER A DECADE

I love nothing more than teaching senior level leaders how to more effectively coach for performance within their own organizations.

Throughout 2016 I worked to bring everything I have learned in the last decade of teaching coaching into a new program, one that could most significantly advance the effectiveness of senior level leaders. The result is “I Want You to Win!” Coaching Skills for Creative Leadership, a two-day workshop I have now delivered for various CEO and Executive groups of up to 80, to an entire senior leadership team at a billion-dollar financial institution, and to 30 world-class entrepreneurs at Sir Richard Branson’s private home, to name a few. Susanne Biro is a coach to CEOs, C-suite and executive level leaders.
