Everyone wants, and deserves to be, treated with dignity and respect, including senior leadership. Employees at every level must show up on time, be prepared and be accountable for the impact they have on others and the results they are responsible for.
Bringing the best and highest version of ourselves to others should be like the rule of law—no one is above it.

Our world has changed, rapidly and in unexpected ways. As the crisis hit, I offered and held pro bono sessions with leaders from around the world. And I want to continue to do what I can to help.
