In times of crisis, we need to use simple, human language: “How are you? I know this is an uncertain and scary time.”
We also need to provide clear information and direction and to do so often: “Today, this is what we can do and it matters that we do it well.”
Now is the time to communicate, communicate, communicate:
Check in with your people, what do they most need in order to focus themselves well for the long haul of change ahead?
